DIVING SAFARI

CAMEL DIVING SAFARI

Camel Safari to Ras Abu Gallum

One of the most popular attractions in Dahab is a safari to various diving sites which can only be reached by camel. Jeeps can take you only as far as the end of the coastal road, and then we pack all of our equipment, including tanks, weights, food onto the camels, and after 1,5 hour camel riding we reach the untouched lagoons and coral reefs of places like Ras Abu Gallum, approx. 16 km north from Dahab, Camel Diving or 25 km south to Gabr el Bint, another untouched reef.
If the safari is planned for more days, we can visit further locations, like Ras Mamlakh to the north from Abu Gallum or some dive sites in Nabeq protected area on the south. It could be done also during one day by jeep. Price List

JEEP DIVING SAFARI

Jeep Safari to Nabeq National ParkThere are also interested dive sites further north or south from Dahab. It is to far for camels, but you can easily reach this sites by four wheel drive jeep. Going south we can visit Nabeq National Park. On the north about 60 km from Dahab is Ras Mamlakh. Excellent site visited rarely. We are the only diving center from Dahab, who organized jeep safari to this spot. There is also an interesting, but dangerous cave, explored by our tec- and cave divers.
